H-E-B plus!

I bought blackberries from this H-E-B and on the second day of having them, there was already mold forming. Please stop selling old fruit. This is becoming absurd as I've had the same thing happen with the strawberries. I can never find expiration dates on the packaging, which is also weird and it does not excuse you all from selling fresh fruit. I've also found multiple cartons of expired eggs left on the shelves. Are the HEBs in Waco getting expired fruit as well? Please address the situation with the produce and expiring fruit still being put on the shelf.

Best Ice-Cream. H.E.B. is one of my favorite grocery stores. The items are always fresh and delicious. The store is clean and well organized. The clerks are some of the friendliest you will find anywhere. They seem to enjoy their job.

Want to compliment Julian! He was so professional tonight. I went in to make an exchange and he told me sure to go ahead and get what I needed and come back to the registers. I did that and the system went down so we had to go to a different register but he was so friendly and polite and kept a smile through out everything that happened. So refreshing! His customer service skills are awesome! I feel that he indeed did go above and beyond tonight and for that I am thankful! THANKS JULIAN!

Really need to help figure what’s happening with the fruit at HEB , the pineapple isn’t yellow no more. The orange juice looks like it’s just the peels juiced up it’s like water and pulp. Love HEB I even drive almost an hour to the nearest store to avoid Walmart. But come on guys you’re definitely getting a solid price let’s try offering a better product.

Rarely does a store have the opportunity to show it's commitment and care for it's customers. I spoke with a manager today about a $50 cake that was not what we wanted. The offered solution was for us to spend more money to drive to the store, return the cake, and get a refund. . . And so I'll be left with no birthday cake for my son? That's just a sad excuse for assistance. Heb is supposed to care, and this location does no such thing. It's all good till you actually have a problem that needs addressed. Then you get 4 failed phone calls and failed transfers on the phone, a bakery manager who argues with you, and a store manager who couldn't care less.
