The employees here are great. They work hard, competently, and handle your issues thoroughly. This pharmacy needs more people. They serve too many customers for the number of employees this HEB pharmacy staffs. No matter what time of day you get here the lines are half an hour to an hour long. No one should be waiting that long to pick up their prescriptions. HEB, get your head out of your behind and hire more people.
December 26, Thousand and 25. I made a mistake again. Started using H-E-B pharmacy in Bellmead Texas. I have been waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Only one person servicing the inside. But I see at least eight people in the back. Why did I do this again. Must move pharmacy.
Probably one of the slowest pharmacies almost every time. It doesn’t help that the second drive through line has been closed for over a month now. Waited in a line of 5 people with a wait time of 5-10 minutes for each person at 3pm on a Monday. I understand this is often out of the employees control and there are difficult costumers, I put most of the blame on corporate and management for not being able to get it together.
Atrocious. Zero communication between employees, been here for 2 hours trying to pick up meds for my child. What happened to people helping people. Whatever you do find a different pharmacy
Wow just spent my whole hour lunch plus time trying to get my antibotic for a painful infection I have to finally get it rush as fast as I can back to work open the package to take medicine and its NOT MY MEDICINE. I have been calling store no answer pharmacy line has been ringing .5 min now. wow they answered I told them they gave me someone eles medicine. they said hold on and FREAKING HUNG UP ON ME
