The guy in the pharmacy told me that I couldn't fill my prescription there because they were saving prescription for their customers, I AM A CUSTOMER, EVERY 3 DAYS IM IN H.E.B. BUYING SOMETHING......SO THEY SHOWING FAVORITISM IN H.E.B. PHARMACY, IN WHARTON, TEXAS ,,,, Where Is the OWNER? So imma find somewhere else to go....I'm sick of these excuses every time I want something...They got something to say....CORPORATE!!!!!
H-E-B Pharmacy staff is so professional and polite they are always willing to help you even if you call on the telephone
This is one of the slowest pharmacy HEB has, i saw the clerk take her friends prescription and hand it to the pharmacist, who filled it right away while i had been waiting for over 2 hours, as had others. The people who run the register have to look for the prescription several times and then its right in the box its supposed to be in.
I got a vaccination at HEB by Julius and it was painless. The whole staff is very professional and friendly.
They know me by name. They are fast and friendly
