H-E-B Pharmacy

This message is to express my gratitude for Pharmacist Ric, who went above and beyond in assisting me today. His customer service and communication skills are exceptional. Prior to today, he proactively followed up with me regarding potential side effects of a prescription I had picked up. His dedication to patient care is greatly appreciated.

On the evening of 11/17/25, I stopped by the Taylor H-E-B pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my very ill spouse. While waiting in the drive-thru, I was assisted by a tall, middle-aged white woman at the window. I told her I was there to pick up a prescription for my spouse and began trying to identify her. Before I could even say my wife’s name, the woman rudely asked me twice for her date of birth. It took me a moment to recall the date of birth, and during that time she looked at me with an expression of disgust and frustration. I started to tell her how rude she was, but she walked away and left a pharmacist to finish the transaction. I have used the H-E-B pharmacy exclusively since moving here, but after this experience, I think I’ll be going elsewhere. I don’t need to be treated t

Absolutely LOVE Chloe and Sadrach; their customer service is top notch! Pharmacists aren’t always the kindest but I see they are over-worked everywhere so I’m just glad that they are so dedicated.

Pharmacist was very rude. He did not even leave his spot from behind the counter to talk with me. He basically insulted my intelligence and acted arrogantly. "Right is not easy but it goes a long way, as does empathy and compassion." JERK

They have been so much better and easier and kinder to work with than CVS or Walgreens
