H-E-B Pharmacy

The new pharmacy workers they’ve hired are terrible and completely lack the customer service skills expected in an adequate healthcare environment. I’m a U.S. Army combat veteran and used to come here for a better experience than what the VA provides, but this one has gone downhill very fast. Get it together, H-E-B!

Always friendly, they're like quick, of course depending on the line. Always answer all my questions. I don't use any other pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy. Extremely long wait times, rude staff and don’t be surprised when they decide to CANCEL a Doctor’s prescription if you happen to have the same Dr send in the same prescription at different times and you haven’t filled them yet. Instead of keeping them on file for the months to come since they don’t expire anytime soon, they will call them duplicates and decide which one to cancel. The one they decided to cancel on mine had 3 refills on it and they left me with the one that had one refill on it. Now I have to request more from my Dr who already believes he’s sent in several months worth. All because I transferred this to another pharmacy because I didn’t want to use them. But don’t worry, there is still other “duplicate” prescriptions on my file there that they didn’t dec

The location is convenient being inside the store. The staff are friendly and they fill your prescriptions in a timely manner. Only downfall are the hours, they aren’t super friendly for people who work as they close early on Saturday and Sundays. Also, the wait times at the counter can be long as sometimes.

Saw the pharmacist (Dariel and Johnathan) bullying another employee in the pharmacy about her weight in front of customers! Dariel and Geovani has been rude in the past to customers, but seeing them make fun, bully, another person about weight is not right! This pharmacy needs to do better for the community and its partners. This wouldnt fly anywhere else, and see them continue to act out while wearing the brand, shows this has been ignored for a while now. Do better.
