H-E-B Pharmacy

The staff of HEB of professionals paraprofessionals and cashiers could care less about the people waiting in line or the people that they are helping. They've gotten things so out of control where they have 80-year-olds and 90-year-olds reading a screen and pushing buttons which makes the lies get longer. They don't care if somebody that is feeling sick or in pain, especially the elderly community are waiting in line for long periods of time. HEB pharmacy at this location has been getting away with this forever. I don't know how they have the conscience to abuse our community in such a manner.

I was kept on hold for a long time because they forgot about me. I was told that my medication would be ready two days ago and when i arrived they still made me wait and gave me a hassle about releasing my medication and gave me attitude as if it was my fault for all the incompetence. WOW !!! they don’t even try to filter the attitude. That’s pretty embarrassing for “professionals”

My medication is at another HEB, but I ran out, and the only HEB that had it in stocks was this one. They answered my questions, double-checked my insurance, and told me my copay over the phone before arriving. Plus, they had it ready within the next hour. Great service! Thank you, HEB pharmacy

I was told over the phone I could walk in for a booster shot at 9am, I get there and they tell me they don't do the shots until 11am, I get handed a form, i fill it out, asked a lady behind the counter if I could drop it off right now, she rudely says you can sit down and wait, we'll get it from you when we start doing the shots at 11, it was 9am..a simple no, you turn it in when you come would've been enough.. not the first issue I've had with them. Walgreens is very thorough, friendly and just do much more and way better. I went over to Walgreens at 9:30 am was in and out no hassle.

It was my first time using HEB pharmacy and the last. They were having trouble running my son's insurance card and instead of a quick phone call on the # provided on the back of the insurance card (placed for pharmacists only) they insisted he was uninsured and allowed my mother to pay cash. I was at work at the time and when I was informed I called the insurance and it was fixed within seconds. The pharmacy said I could return the prescription and when I came in I was told that wasn't the case. They did run my insurance card and refunded the cash bit all of this could have been avoided.
