CareNow Urgent Care - San Juan

I was honestly skeptical about this location because of the negative reviews, but after the visit I felt like I had a good experience. The nurses were friendly and they allowed me to elaborate on everything I was feeling and had already gone through. They took into consideration everything I explained and with that they were able to help me out accordingly. There was a wait time, but I feel as though it was reasonable given I went in as a walk-In and there were several others already in front of me. I was out within 2 hours or so.

Took in my 3 year old and left feeling much better. Haydee did a great job assessing my daughter and works very well with children. The office is very clean and overall had a welcoming experience start to finish.

Started fine enough with the receptionist but the nurse assistant was dismissive and rude "So what do you want us to do? Tell them you can only sit or what?" The doctor was slightly better but not by much. I would normally dismiss this as them being busy and needing to get to the next person but I called before hand and was told they had no one, got there and no one was there, and when I left no one was there either. To top it off they said I needed 2 days off but the way they wrote the note it only gives me 1. I would have told someone but no one was at the desk 🙃 Only good thing I can say was that they were open on a Sunday and the charge with insurance was cheap. Hopefully I won't need them again in the future or I'll make sure to find an alternative.

CareNow Urgent Care is a true asset to our community. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and run by an incredible team of professionals who genuinely care about their patients. My visit was efficient, the provider was knowledgeable, and I was in and out in no time. It’s rare to find this level of service and empathy all in one place—highly recommend!
