H-E-B Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy. The drive through is quick and easy. They have two lanes. Inside, the pharmacy is in the left front corner of the store. I appreciate not having to walk to the back of the store. The employees are kind and helpful. The area is well organized. You can see into the pharmacy from the counter. They are pretty quick in getting your prescription filled. They offered to flavor my daughter's med and gave her 5 or 6 choices for flavors.

HEB pharmacy is the best ever. They try hard to save you money and the associates are so friendly. I was so satisfied with their service.

My 15 year old asthmatic son was diagnosed with Covid today. He needed a steroid inhaler that costs over $350 that is with insurance….. I expressed that we had to have it no matter what. The lady on the phone found a coupon and the inhaler ended up costing us $169. Much more reasonable and this momma truly appreciates it. Thank you for going above and beyond for our community!

I’m pretty disappointed with the pharmacy at this H‑E‑B. I had a prescription sent in on Friday 06/30 and I hadn’t heard from anyone from the pharmacy all week. I called today, 07/07, to see if they even received the prescription that was sent in. The phone rang for a bit before someone answered and the man who answered was in the middle of a personal conversation with someone and then acknowledged me on the phone. I asked if they had received my prescription and gave him my information and he said they did receive it and proceeded to tell me I didn’t have insurance on file (so I guess that’s why they didn’t contact me?). I got my insurance card out and the man was back to having his own personal conversation with someone, so I waited for him to stop so I could give him the information. W

They always check to get me the best rate on my medications. Today I had to get one for my five year old and it was a medication I have never administered before. Without having to ask, the pharmacist stepped up and gave me a good bit of education on the ear and how to help my daughter. He also gave her a lollipop which isn't a big deal unless you're five and then it's huge. Plus she was in pain so it really made her day. It's these small touches that set a place apart from the competition and the type of treatment I love from HEB.
