H-E-B Pharmacy

The pharmacy here is horrible and VERY rude! One person tells you one thing and will notate account and you even put the prescription in early so it would be ready and you call to check status day BEFORE Christmas Eve when you leaving town and of course no one notates the account LIKE THEY SAID! Then the phone rings and rings and rings and rings and rings till someone finally answers and all you ask is will my prescription be ready and she gets EXTREMELY rude and tells you there is 300 other prescriptions they have to fill like that is my god dog problem? I’ve been in contact for DAYS trying to make sure they have it all lined out and then you get RUDE with ME! If you hate your job quit and go somewhere else! Never had this problem with the Lubbock pharmacy and they are NEVER rude to their

I haven't even been to a pharmacy for medication since 2024 and the pharmacist lied, telling me that I couldn't get my prescription for 4 more days just because he doesn't like my doctor. She told me this might happen. I can't believe it. And they knew they were breaking laws and completely immoral. After a short, honest conversation on my part, I calmly made it clear that I was not leaving and completely willing to show all medical documents and call my doctor. So, without even asking for an ID, they "pushed it through", said the lead pharmacist. I should report you all to the authorities because you are corrupt. I'm still blown away by their actions and maybe I should do more than just review them. You all should be ashamed, childishly playing with people's medical condition.

Parking spaces are too narrow to get in and out of vehicle. Customers in so big of a rush they'll run over you with a basket. Bag girl was too upset because she had to pick up a box to scan the price when a PLU was available to the cashier. Bag girl then had to argue and interrupt the customer while unwilling to listen to the customer, then she complained that the customer was yelling when normal voices were in use. Bag girl threw crushable produce in the basket then tossed heavy items on top of them. Bag girl was then asked by another associate to work at another station. Attached photos indicate items such as tomatoes, squash, and bananas.

Checking out in lane 10, around 2:25pm... I bought some cherries that fell over on the belt and got smushed and the little girl, checker, scooped them back up into the bag. What?! What?! She's lucky I didn't cause a scene and will just throw those away and wash the others. But what!?!?! Y'all need to teach your workers better and do better. Oh and she seemed to have gotten annoyed with the mess she created.

I have had nothing but kindness from the pharmacy staff. When there has been an issue, its been handled.
