H-E-B Pharmacy

Never thought I would post this, called in this morning for a prescription, was told it would be ready at 4pm. Waiting in line for 45 minutes arriving at 5. Was told it was not ready would have to come back tomorrow. Also being hearing impaired those little speakers were very hard to hear and there was no alternate way to communicate with the girl in the counter. Every HEB I’ve been to, I’ve always had great service and very accommodating EXCEPT this one. I hope they are better in the future ! Not sure if I’ll come back here …

I have previously had fine experiences with this pharmacy since switching from another national chain pharmacy. Only gripe is long wait times which seems to be the case almost everywhere. However, today was an entirely different story. Went to pick up my medication that states it is READY on the website. I received the ready for pick up text message as well. Waited almost half an hour to get to the window to pick it up, just for the staff to say that I had to leave the line and drive around to the BACK of the line again because it wasn't mixed up. If you're going to tell a patient their medication is ready, then have it ready. OR don't make them drive around to the back of the line when it should've been ready the entire time. Seriously incompetent staff here - do better!

At a busy time of day, Reagan helped update my insurance and apply it to my scripts with the utmost customer service, efficiency, and kindness— found my insurance before I even had to rattle it off. I was pharm tech back in the day, these folks are great, thank you!

Extremely rude staff. Always telling that I ask too many questions about my meds. They never have answers for me either although its clearly pharmacy related. Very incompetent. They dont do their job other than handing out the meds.

I was curious why they look or act so negatively toward customers and decided to check the reviews, and I saw many bad reviews. Why don't managers do something about this? If employees look or behave like that, there must be a reason, such as a bad work environment. You should do something for them.
