H-E-B Pharmacy

Very friendly and prompt staff. Been coming here for 7 yrs no issues at all. Great pharmacy

I have used Walmart and CVS, as well as Walgreens however, I enjoyed my first experience with H. E. B. Pharmacy. The drive through was certainly much faster than a previous pharmacy I've mentioned. I did not see an actual person but the voice over the intercom was pleasant, patient and professional. Kudos to you H. E. B. Pharm workers!

The pharmacy is robust and very easy to work with, hasn't ever let me down

Awful experience, I called THREE TIMES to ensure they could fill my meds by the release date due to an error on their end. Every time they said they could fill it as soon as it releases, but when I called today, they said they couldn't fill my prescription, and I had to wait another week. Totally unprofessional. Edit: I reached out to HEB based on their response. The customer service staff was very nice, but the store was supposed to call me to resolve the issue, and I never heard from the store. Since then, one of the pharmacists insinuated that I was a drug addict and dealer. I love HEB, but that is insane.

Was told yesterday that my prescription could be filled with HEB pharmacy. This morning I call to check the status of my prescription and the pharmacist is now refusing to fill a medication I have to have. Now I have to get in touch with my doctor and wait another two to three days before I get my medication. HEB pharmacy in Huntsville Texas is the absolute worst when it comes to keeping their word on promising to fill them refusing to fill. Even a one time only fill I would've been happy with and next month I could go back to my regular pharmacy. But no I feel lied to and cheated by this pharmacy DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE HEB PHARMACY IF YOU HAVE MEDICATION THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would.
