Traveling for the holidays with a 3 month old baby... she gets Flu A. Dr. Calls in the prescription. Without me putting any info down, I got a call 30 min later saying its ready. This was Saturday, after christmas. They were slammed with business and i'm sure didnt want to be there, but they took the time to really show they cared. - found me a discount option without me asking - offered to flavor the medicine for free - made sure to provide me an extra measuring syringe (again, I didnt even ask) - made a kind comment wishing the baby well, even though she wasnt there Quick, efficient, friendly. When you're away from home and worried about a vulnerable infant, it felt like we were in god hands.

I m very pleased with the customer service in the pharmacy .Especially to Toby she helps me every time I call, she always goes the extra mile to help me.Toby is sweet, kind, and professional. I hope this review gets in the right hand, so that Toby is recognized for outstanding customer service.

I’ve been patient with this pharmacy for a long time, but this was the last straw. After several days without an update on my prescription (and receiving an automated message saying a prior authorization was required and requested), I called to check on it. The representative who answered was rude and dismissive from the start. When I explained I was calling about a prescription, all I got was an “okay.” I gave my name and DOB, and he flatly said there was nothing they were working on for me. When I asked about my medication by name, he said they were told they could only give me a one-month supply. I asked why that was different from the last 90-day fill, and he just said he didn’t know — “insurance changes.” Monthly? His tone the entire time was condescending and unhelpful. Communicati

The Staff here are very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They know if there is an issue with mixing any of my meds. 100% recommend this place.

It takes this pharmacy days to fill prescriptions. The doctor called in 3 for my husband a day BEFORE his surgery. I went to pick them up AFTER the surgery. They were not ready and they offered no reason. I am sure that they will be just fine without my business.
