HEB is a great and wonderful place to do business. I switched from Walgreens 1 year ago very happy.

The lady that I spoke with today has the worse customer service. CVS should replace her before they get more negative reviews.

I’m sorry to do this the heb pharmacy but this has been the worst experience ever. Seems as they’re hurting for money since they don’t want to release my prescription to another pharmacy as they have to but just give me the runaround to make it sound like other pharmacy’s won’t have what I need in order for them to charge me their outrageous price compared to another pharmacy that is significantly less in price for the exact same prescription. Shame on you heb for not doing as you’re supposed to. I would stay away from this at all costs. Edit 9/3 6:35 pm. Dont bother the 1800 number they’re basically of no help and all can do is take complaints which more than likely either won’t actually be submitted or taken seriously.

I am a former customer from the CVS a few blocks down and CVS was a horrible nightmare. I started using HEB pharmacy and it's a night and day difference! All the Pharmacists, techs and employees are beyond phenomenal!!!! I've been using them now for about 6 months and I have not had any problems whatsoever! They are kind, helpful and caring! Only thing I regret is not switching to HEB sooner. Thank you HEB for caring for your customer!!!

Five stars for the exceptional help I received from Evelyn today! In a previous visit, there was a hiccup as my insurance wasn’t requested, and I was asked to pay for medication full price. Evelyn went the extra mile, ensuring a positive customer experience and fixed the situation. It’s rare to find individuals working with such ethics and a commitment to excellent customer service. Kudos to Evelyn and the team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
