H-E-B Pharmacy

I was originally looking forward to switching to HEB pharmacy because I had good experiences in the past, buying groceries while picking up meds. That was in a different town. Have not had good luck at this pharmacy. I've gotten another person's medicine one time. Once they just decided not to fill a prescription put in for me until I went down there in person and even then had trouble. Recently, I requested a refill, told it would be ready next day and when I go there I see that it won't be ready for another day. Also they call you and leave a voicemail instead of sending a text. I can only have so many voicemails in my inbox but unlimited texting like most. I'm might switch back to CVS as much as I don't want to.

Excellent customer service. I’ve been going here 5+ years and never had an issue with getting a prescription filled.

I've been a customer for approximately 6 years. Had 7 items in my cart and asked if I could checkout with pharmacy (no line behind me at this point) I was told 5 items is the limit but Troy reluctantly agreed to make an exception this one time. 2 people showed up as he was scanning my last item and I was told this is why we have the 5 item limit. Everyone's days are hard enough without this type of person. I'll be finding another pharmacy.

Be careful when using your Debit card at the Baytown location ever since I have use my card at this location I have been getting fraud alerts
