Guthrie Pharmacy

Do they usually pick up the phone? Calling from post surgery room just to know if I can pick up medications that were sent to the pharmacy. But no luck on phone!

Tricare only pharmacy, no Martin's point. Refills must be called in 2 duty days before pick up.

Everytime I've gone here, the civilan workers are so rude for no reason. First time at the drive thru, the man there was so rude and condescending. Next time I went, I go inside to avoid the drive thru man and the lady in window 5 was so rude about something so simple that I wasn't even talking to her about! The lady in window 4 was helping me. Cuts into the conversation to be rude and as i'm walking away she keeps going. I don't get why civilians who work on base are so mean to service members. I should have stayed getting my things at conner but wanted to try guthrie since it's closer to my house.

Very efficient service to check in.

I like Guthrie simply because management does everything within their power to make your visit/experience as flawless as possible. The drive-thru system did it for me, you get there, called in, and 1,2,3, you're out of there back to your regular daily routine. I did not give them five stars because as a new Soldier coming in, the transfer of of prescriptions and be a little difficult at times, based on the installation you are coming from. Besides that, great job to the friendly staff and management for a wonderful experience.
