They literally never answer the phones and if you call constantly to cancel an appointment you cannot make it to … But they don’t answer the phones… What are you supposed to do? The mark you as a no-show for not showing up but or let you cancel it. And appointments or at least one to two months out… It’s probably because they don’t answer the phones when people want to cancel their appointments.

Got here early in the morning, and have been waiting for over an hour to be seen even after bringing it to the staff’s attention that I’ve been waiting for a long time. To make it worse, people that are just coming in or have only been waiting for about five minutes have been called before me consistently. I literally only need 4 medications, and was brought here from sick call. All the staff can tell me is that walk ins are being selected at random. Might as well be as bad as Samaritan with the wait times. This is just plain ridiculous.

No response and never look to assist all they do is chill and send people back

Went in for insomnia. Well at the end of that appointment the doctor somehow came to the conclusion I had a brain injury and had EMS come grab me and bring me to the hospital only to find nothing wrong with me. Thanks for wasting my entire day and EMS time.

Being told you have to show up 30 minutes prior to a scheduled appointment when they are an hour late to seeing you is ridiculous. But I guess our time isn't important.
