I’m so thankful for Dasco! After months of trying to get my order filled through Lincare with no success, Dasco reached out right away and got it taken care of so quickly. I also met with RT Marinette H., who was amazing — super kind, professional, and took the time to go over my results and make sure my equipment was working right. Such a great experience all around!

Called to inquire on the availability of a mask I'm seeking for CPAP, DASCO associate asked if I was a patient of DASCO. I said no. They informed me that I would need to become a patient, they won't sell me equipment out of pocket. Okay..Do they have the mask I'm looking for to make the transition worth it?.. I'll just go elsewhere lol y'all aren't worth all that hassle just to answer a question.

I've always had lovely service at this location with my cpap needs and they used to call me to see if I needed anything. After realizing I was completely out of filters, I'm now on the phone with the "new" Dasco people. It's been 15 minutes. I have yet to speak to a real person. Just on hold. I've had time to go to the website myself and make the request as the irritating, repetitive voice keeps instructing. The website acknowledged the order was placed, but no text, email or phone call of confirmation. The automated robot told me I was not in their system, and then that I was not eligible for any refills. So I am held hostage, waiting to confirm this information. It's now been 20 minutes...

After several disappointing interactions with Dasco representatives via phone, Erica at the Guthrie Med Supply in Corning has set me at ease with my medical equipment. She explained everything she was doing to resolve the issues I had and left me feeling like a valued customer. She was very pleasant and truly wants to help the patient.

I would give a -10 if I could. Took them a week before they acknowledged I had a prescription sent over and 5 days after they finally said they saw one pending, the still did not call me about getting my new supplies (I was told someone would call with 3 business days and they DIDN'T). They also no longer carry the supplies that I have been using for almost 18 years. I am having my prescription sent over to another supplier IF I CAN GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. If I continue to have problems with these inept people, I will call my insurance company and complain.
