They treat their staff horrible and then expect them to bend over backwards for them. They treat their patients horrible, they’ll be waiting about 3 hours after they ask to be changed to actually get changed. Family’s have been so upset bc of the lack of work there and not being able to find the employees. And one of the LPNs don’t even pass out meds she walks around with her boyfriend all day and sits on her phone but is very quick to go and “tell” on other employees. I do NOT recommend this place.

Care is minimal at best. Rooms are small. Ceiling tiles are dirty broken toilet seat. Have had issues with one of the staff. No AC in rooms unless a window unit is installed . Food is never served on time. Seen it hour late and cold. Staff is minimal. Can't seem to get administration to listen to families. I would strongly not recommend this. I work in the industry. And I am vary disappointed in this place. Bathroom is gross. No emergency power in the room. At least no red outlets like the state wants. Looks as if the rooms haven't been painted in years. O and couldn't find your plan of correction. Hmmmm think time to contact state with pictures.

Trust me if you need help getting off the toilet, you might wanna take a book with you because they don't pay attention to a light that is flashing at their desk and beeping Now for the medication or the lack there of I don't know. I've been a lot of pain. I've had to go up to 12 hours without any medication. I also suffer from anxiety instead of being given the recommended 2 mg 3 to 4 times a day I get half milligrams twice a day. Of course, every nurse here suffers from anxiety has medication at home, but they don't take it. What are they doing selling it? More than one thing needs to be investigated with this place

The staff is terrible to the patients - particularly the second shift. It is senior verbal abuse totally! The meals are always cold and they tell the patient to get up and use the bathroom themselves even when they cannot walk. My mother is getting PT after surgery from a broken hip - the therapists are wonderful the nursing staff not at all. They lie to you on the phone about the patient and turn their cell phone off. With no phones in the room it makes communication tough. What about bed rails??? These are elderly patients for goodness sake. I understand they are understaffed but there is such a thing as being compassionate and not so hateful! Please look elsewhere when considering PT! I have called 3 times in a week and a half and left messages for activity director to call me back because they never seem to be available when I call and nobody calls me back. Very poor management
