Stellar place! A clean, neat facility. I had no problems making the appointment and I was seen very promptly. Hannah is an excellent administrative assistant. Conveniently located near the Shops at Ithaca Mall. Kevin Jones, the nurse practitioner, did a fabulous job of treating me. He referred me to Guthrie Cortland Medical Center for a colonoscopy and it went quite well. Highly recommended!
I'm very happy with the care that I get from Rachel Cunningham. She's thoughtful and clear in her explanations and a good listener, and alert for trouble as well.
I felt very unheard by the doctor, who minimized my concerns. It was not a positive experience.
