Guthrie Endicott East Main Street - Dermatology

I went to see Jennifer today and upon arrival I was told that my appointment had been canceled because Jennifer would not see me. So unprofessional. What is going on at this office.

This place is absolutely horrible. The lack of compassion from Jennifer and her nurses is honestly shocking. Getting scary news is never fun, but having someone who’s compassionate and atleast pretends they care makes a world of difference, and they don’t even try to do that here. I could go on about how horrible the attitudes and care here was but it’s not even worth it. I will 100% never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

Waited 6 months for appointment ,no directions . I drove 60 miles could not find asked at several gas stations near Endicott police station nobody heard of it I went home another time maybe or another hospital UHS SEEMS TO BE GROWING WITH COMPASSION .

Jennifer is the worst dermatologist I have ever seen she is not in my opinion have the qualifications to be a dermatologist she did not even care about my long term effects of severe frostbite in Alaska I can't believe how uncaring she is will cancer my future appointments and her prescription meds will be canceled all my suggestion is cancel her from your appointments

Awful service and terrible patient care. Jennifer A. Shattuck, FNP refused to continue a prescription I've been on for over a decade. She also would not look at a rash I have because she said it was not inflamed enough and would not waive the fee for a second appointment a week later when it got worse. I'm going back to UHS dermatology, they at least care about helping their patients. I tried calling Guthrie Community Relations but nobody answered. I filled out the form to submit concerns and haven't heard back from them. They must get a lot of complaints.
