Guthrie Chenango Bridge Pharmacy

I switched from a chain pharmacy to Guthrie Lourde's year's ago and will never go back. The Pharmacist and staff at Guthrie (Lourde's Pharmacy) are by far the most helpful, professional and kindest people. Thank you for all you do!!!

8yr old,fever, extreme chronic cough.Worst I have EVER heard. Dry but NON STOP. NURSE was exceptional. Down hill after that. Very aloof NP, seemed disinterested and tired. No COVID test, suggested only OTC meds. 2 days later I call. He's worse. They want me to bring him in AGAIN?They just saw him. What gives? More revenue? Put a very sick 8 year old In a car in winter weather AGAIN and bring him back bc you didnt Do your job right the first time? I wouldnt go back if I was dying.There was no reason they couldn't have handeled my call 2 days later by calling in a script or whatever. Very poor medical service. 10 days later he's finally getting better. ( Ty UHS)

There was a woman named Kathy or Cathy at the drive thru. And through the mirror, I caught her picking her nose and eating it. There is one white women with long dark hair that is very rude and disrespectful. She spoke disrespectfully to my girlfriend. Telling my girlfriend that she should be saying hello and how are you to her. Every time we go in there and she’s working. She gives my girlfriend and I an attitude and a nasty look. With a snarl look with the lips. She shouldn’t be there. She has NO customer service experience. I will be getting her name next time and going in to make a verbal complaint. She should NOT at all be there. She has said some rude things to both of us on multiple occasions. I will have her job. Update. Her name is Chris.

Doctor Roji was great, but there was a nurse or assistant named Becky, who was very rude and wouldn’t help me obtain or figure out a way to obtain my x-rays of my broken arm.

Waited on hold to speak to a pharmacist for 45 minutes over two different phone calls. Was on hold collectively 20 and 25 minutes….and NEVER was able to speak to anyone.
