I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 AM, so I aimed to arrive at the hospital's primary entrance and lobby by 8:10 AM. This early arrival was my way of ensuring I would have plenty of time to check in without any stress. However, upon entering the lobby, a staff member informed me that I was actually in the wrong location. I needed to navigate my way to the Towers facility, which was a bit of a shock and added unnecessary stress to my already anxious morning. After a somewhat rushed and confusing walk to the Towers facility, I entered to find an unexpectedly empty lobby. There were no staff members in sight, which only heightened my unease. No valet parking at the Tower, had to take the shuttle. Doctor Kahn spent exactly 5 minutes with me. This appointment could easily been done by phone. Then had to walk back to the main entrance to pick up my car on which the valet had changed all my settings. Is it really necessary for them to listen to their music for the 5 minutes they are in the car?

I can’t believe the incompetence of the office staff! My primary referred me and, when I hadn’t heard about an appointment for 6 days, I called and was scheduled for a time in June. The next day in the mail, I got an appointment for MAY. So I called and after waiting a long time spoke to the receptionist who said my appointment was in May, not June. After resolving that, I looked through the paperwork I was sent only to discover it was for sleep apnea. I immediately called the office and said I was referred for COPD, not sleep apnea. Clearly no one even read the referral. So the receptionist said the doctor they’d assigned me specialized in sleep apnea, and I had to see a different doctor there who did COPD. I was sent a one page appointment reminder but no other paperwork to complete f

This office is organized so I was in and out quickly. This was a followup visit.

Wife had appointment canceled an hour and a half before hand. Tried to get her to wait over a month for the reschedule for an appointment she already had to wait almost two months for. She was able to talk to a nurse and get in sooner. The doctor saw her for two seconds and talks like he’s in a rush. He gave her a cpap prescription. She has yet to get her prescription ( it’s been a month now). She has called the doctors office 3 times over a week and every time they say someone will call her back but hasn’t. The receptionist are rude, unprofessional, and liars. The rest of the staff seems lazy and uncaring. We are trying to switch to UHS. I just can’t believe the lack of care.
