Guthrie Binghamton Riverside Drive - Endocrinology

I'm so incredibly disappointed with this office and Dr. Akel. I've been a patient of hers for at least 8 years or more and have been a patient at the office since I was a young child. I have always felt very well taken care there and by Dr Akel until the past year, specifically the past 6 months. They constantly are cancelling appointments on you, often unable to reschedule until months out, don't respond to messages, don't take concerns seriously at all. and don't check in despite serious health problems going on. There were even lab results waving a red flag that something was wrong and it was just completely ignored. Their oversight is bluntly put, dangerous. I switched to UHS Diabetes & Endocrinology when I finally had enough and felt like my health was at risk from Dr Akel and team'

I am pleased with all aspects of this doctors office, everyone is always pleasant.

Philip Childs patient for over fifteen years....I was so sorry to hear that this was the last visit I will have with Dr. Howland. My appointments have been a true pleasure due to many reasons, he is the doctor that we all should have. I will not try to list them and I hope as an organization you are aware of what a great doctor you have had in your organization. My medical concerns were one of the few things he was interested in, he was truly interested in my whole being. I wish him well in his retirement.

Dr Akel is the best. She always listens and always tries to help me feel my best with thyroid issues
