Customer Reviews
I have had amazing experience with all the staff at this establishment. Dr. SPADA is awesome and made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Bruns has been seeing my twins since they were toddlers. There is a great group of human beings working there. Thank you!
The doctors and hygienists are great, but, and this is a very big but, my son has cavities that were detected in 2022, but they have not been filled yet. They can only fill one at a time and months pass before another appointment can be scheduled. We recently missed an appointment because I had hip replacement surgery, and the new appointment, for a cavity from 2022, isn't scheduled until May 2025! I sincerely felt like we we being punished for having life get in the way of our appointment. I asked what if the tooth gets worse while we are waiting another year for it to be filled, and she said we could call and possibly get seen sooner. Really unbelievable.
Really great when you need urgent repairs done to your teeth and book an emergency appointment only to be told since you aren't an "established patient" you can't get your teeth fixed for a year. In the meantime, I have to deal with extreme pain and have no idea when/if the repairs will get done before the problem gets worse. So upset, I literally left that office in tears. Really awful experience!
As a new Binghamton resident, I would not recommend treatment for an adult. Moving to a new place can be overwhelming yet alone finding a reliable insurance plan. As a New York City resident Binghamton has been an awful experience from run down buildings to terrible customer service in most hospitals. After an hour of searching for doctors accepting new patients I was told by Lourdes oral care that they aren’t accepting any new adult patients. With no explanation or updates information on their website they immediately did not give me the chance to be seen. Neither did they recommend a date or doctor for their inconvenience.
I am someone who hates going to the dentist, I despise it and I get so nervous every time but I always leave feeling so happy and lucky to be a patient here. I require a lot of dental work because I have such a small mouth but everyone here is just so beyond kind and welcoming that I’m starting to love coming back here. I appreciate the hard working people so dearly
