Gull Pointe Pharmacy

Gull Pointe Pharmacy on Gull rd. is the most professional, yet friendly pharmacy I have ever had! These people are kind and patient. When you walk in it is very welcoming! My pharmacy tech today was Jasmine! She is a gem!! And when I called back because I had questions about my daughter's Rx! I'm telling you! If I lived further away, I'd still go there.

Gull Pointe Pharmacy is horrible!!! I was referred there by a family member. The first experience was fine . But the last 3 interactions were unprofessional and disrespectful. 3 times 3 TIMES they have lied to me over the phone saying they are filling my prescription. So when it came time to pick them up , I got to the window just for them to tell me or my 70 year old mom that the prescriptions were not filled and they would have to order them . Or that here is only SOME of the prescriptions. On top of the staff lying which is disrespectful , they wasted my time and my mother's time . Which again is disrespectful. I don't remember all the staff that has lied to me but Brooke was yesterday. The other 2 were 2 months ago. Then there was Chris who tried to blame his other staff yesterday when

Very unprofessional. Staff having an attitude and looking at you stupidly. Would not recommend this pharmacy at all!!

I’ve always had great experiences with Gull Point Pharmacy, but today was an exception. I called to resolve an issue a patient was having with their medication and was treated very rudely by the person who answered the phone. Unfortunately, they did not provide their name. I was shocked that someone would speak that way, especially when we’re supposed to be working together for the benefit of a patient. There seemed to be no interest in trying to resolve the issue, which was disappointing. I hope this is an isolated incident, as it doesn’t reflect the professionalism I’ve come to expect from this pharmacy.

Long wait times and bad employee attitudes. The most recent trip, I was halfway out the door before realizing that I didn't have all my meds. These people were going to send me out the door without everything I needed. I get that customers can suck, but if you start the interaction like I'm bothering you trying to patronize the business, then I'm just going to find another pharmacy.
