My mother is a patient at Rosewood Healthcare Nursing Home. I completely trust the staff to provide my mother with the loving care that I think she deserves. My mother is safe, clean, comfortable and in good spirits. I'm thankful for the wonderful, conscientious nursing staff and the nurses aids who care for my mother in the latter stages of her life. The facilities are well maintained. Finally, the administration at Rosewood Healthcare has supported me as I navigated through medicaid issues with placing my mother in their nursing home. The facility was easy to find, clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. There was security in place for getting in and out. Checking in by kiosk was convenient. Our friend had just finished his lunch with which he was very satisfied. We enjoyed our visit.

This has got to be one of the worst places I have ever seen. It was once called Rosewood. It is more like a jail than a medical facility. They call the patients by their last name. They do not care about the patients just the money. Expect to be pressured to sign up for medicade when you walk in the door. Be aware that there are alot of fake positive reviews. They lost or stole my dads phone. 6 people in a room. There is little re-hab going on here. It is basically a place to send the elderly homeless. Got him out of there as soon as we could. This is a bad place.

Communication from Rosewoid about my brother and his condition was great. Christa was excellent in explaining his condition and what he was experiencing, however; we were to meet the social worker at 8 am on 10/11/24 before he made his Dr. Appointment , but she didn't get there until almost 9am and I missed my brother's Appointment with the Neurologist. Professionalism is everything. I traveled five hours to get there and my time was limited, because my daughter and her husband took off work to get me there. Although, we had Liz from Hospice to explain their position which was very helpful. So, I appreciate Rosewood and their staff. I don't appreciate being told to be there at a certain time for a meeting and you show up late( social worker). All other staff members were excellent.

The staff here treat my Aunt with such great care and compassion! She loves them so much and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else!! Thank you Rosewood for everything you do!!
