Everyone at this hospital were extremely friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and organized.

The service at the Emergency Room was disgraceful. We checked in and we were the only people in the waiting room. The woman at the check in counter made us feel as though we were an inconvenience. After an hour, I asked when my husband might be seen. She could not possibly have been more rude and dismissive. She said they had no beds available and didn't know when/if they would. She should have told us that when we checked in or at the very least kept us updated. We had to go the the hospital ER. If this is how all veterans are treated at this facility, they should be ashamed! I have had better service and received more consideration taking my dog to the veterinarian! Disgraceful

These are some of the worst drs I’ve ever experienced. I’ve only had one good dr so far, thankfully they’re assigning me to a civilian dr. Someone who actually cares about the veterans. I had a surgery and got zero pain medication. My mental health provider kept canceling or not showing up to appointments. My PCM cared nothing about my problems. She didn’t even take the time to look through my files. I think she just didn’t like me for obvious reasons.

Last time I went I was denied pain management for a skin condition, last time I went in for mental health they told me next apt is 6 months, when I arrived at my apt and waited 15 minutes and then called as per the recording the nurse I was being called me up told me my apts were dropping to 30 mins total retaliation, requested a new nurse which took 3 months to have to do the whole process all over cause communication is hard. My other primary care would of pre all my complaints and only focus on the easy ones, think I can write a book about the horrors here.

Review for Prosthetics Department – VA Gulf Coast Healthcare System (Biloxi, MS) Four months ago, June 23, 2025 the Prosthetics Department at the VA Gulf Coast Healthcare System ordered me a pair of orthopedic shoes. I was told they would either be shipped to my home or available for pickup at the VA, but I have never received them, and no one has ever contacted me about their status and as of today October 30, 2025 I have not heard anything from that department. When I first followed up, the orthopedic staff admitted that they had forgotten to order the shoes and apologized for the mistake. I later spoke with the manager of the Orthopedics Department, who assured me that he would look into the issue and get it resolved, but that was two months ago, and still nothing has happened. Every
