The receptionist is disrespectful and unprofessional, my daughter has missed taking her therapies with Ms. Olga due to her lack of organization, and lack of professionalism. She canceled two appointments in a row, then told me that she had made another appointment, but it was never confirmed, so she told me that my daughter had lost her opportunity to see the therapist Olga and that she should go to the pediatrician to ask for another new referral with another Therapist. Not with them because they were already booked up and they hung up on me. At all times this person spoke with attitude and arrogance
