I’ve been using Guerin’s Pharmacy for my mom’s prescriptions for years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile by giving us a call when her medications are ready or when there’s a follow-up needed. It’s that kind of personal service that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

It's a challenge to find same day pet meds but Guerin's can. The staff was very helpful and explained how to give to my cats the medicine.

Only place I know in Charleston who will order medication that my provider prescribes! This pharmacy is really out of my way and I’m always rushing to get my script filled the day that it’s due to be filled. I don’t always make it there until about the time they close, but they don’t seem to care. Or at least they don’t appear to me to be bothered that I’ve held them up a few more minutes past the time they close. There was actually one time I got stuck in traffic and by the time I got here their door was locked because it was the time they closed. As I was walking back to my vehicle they came out and still offered to fill my script. There isn’t any where that I’m aware of that would do that. I don’t mean to be one of those people that show up at the last minute. I’m a busy mother of four

GUERINS IS THE BEST! I support local businesses as much as I can. I have used them for as long as I can remember. They see me walk through the door and they are alreay searching for my meds. Can't get any better customer service! I had a big surgery performed couple days later after my discharge my parents received a phone call it was Guerins staff calling to check on my well being because they got my Rxs from the hospital digitally! Absolutely no business does that! I love you guys!

Guerin’s is HOME. Oldest family run pharmacy in the state.They know you and take time to answer any questions you may have. I went there with my grandfather a one day my daughter will take her children there. Guerin’s’ IS Summerville.
