Dr. Rider and Maddy are the best!! They really take lots of pride in their work and go above and beyond with their patients. Been going here for years and Dr. David Rider is courteous, honest and spends the most time with his patients and really listens!! Love this place! ❤️

Will consistently change appt days and times without regard to a patients work schedule. Dr will request one time and you will schedule it then the office calls and changes it based on whatever they want. After they called the week of my scheduled appointment in Nov to tell me that the Dr was only seeing his every 3 month patients on Fridays with no advance notice to rearrange my schedule for a mental health medication refill, and I had no Friday availability to request to be off work during the holidays- they will now no longer see me as a patient. I am now cold turkey cut off my medications for every medical need I have. To place a patient in a situation of having to choose a Dr appt over their job and livelihood is disgusting - and they refused to listen or care. After the holida

Trying to establish patient care with a physician and unless I have a health concern they won’t see me. I am trying to live a life where I prevent health issues or catch a potential health issue through preventive measures and they don’t want to support that. To me it feels like they care more about the money they can get from my sickness and less about my health. They are likely caring individuals but their business practices don’t match that. They only care for a certain population. If all healthcare did this then we would end up with a society where we are reactive to big health problems instead of helping to prevent them or catching health concerns early.
