Mrs. Rodriguez was so attentive when I came in with my mom and she listened to all of her issues and created a plan that worked for us. Even the MA was sweet as well as the check out lady who had us out of there quick. Only issue is that the front desk lady doesn't seem to like her job very much. My parents went to get a simple copy of some lab orders and she was extremely unhelpful. They waited for about 25-30 minutes before someone had asked if the orders have been given to them and she replied "I don't know." Truthfully, it isn't a big deal but in my opinion if you're going to be the face of a practice you should probably be a bit more helpful and friendly. Every member of the office is compassionate and loving and it is apparent from the moment you walk in the door that they love where they work and what they do. My daughter and I are both patients of this office and the care we both receive each time we go in is incredible. The doctor and PA always take their time in answering questions, they are always quick when it comes to filling prescriptions and always return calls or email questions in a very timely manner. I have never had a problem getting last minute appointments for either of us, and I look forward to us being patients for many years to come!

This office had what I thought was a weird way to become a new patient. They say they are accepting new patients, but then they want me to fill out a questionnaire first before making an appointment, then want me to wait a week before they contact me about making that first appointment. Then a couple days later tell me they are no longer accepting new adult patients at this family practice. This is the second time this has happened to me, at this office, at two different time points and I am now certain that this place is doing an interview process and I've failed twice. "Only qualified young children should apply. No families please, but we are very happy to make the process misleading and waste your time filling out forms. Good luck! Welcome to our practice." This team of Doctors and staff are by far the best around! PA-Crystal Strum is super patient and incredibly knowledgeable. She always actively listens to our concerns. Not always wanting to prescribe a Med right away, unless it’s needed. (To me or my kiddos...which I love and appreciate!) She never rushes our appointment and has a kind, gentle bedside manner. Nurse Jamie is awesome too! She’s crazy fast and super gentle when giving shots! I didn’t even feel my Flu shot this year and my 8 yo son hardly has time to cry about them, she’s so proficient! No kidding! I truly can’t remember when we’ve waited in the waiting area longer than 10 minutes or so. The place is always clean and check in is easy and fast! I don’t know what our family would do without them!!

The providers at this office are very nice and take the time to listen to all of your concerns. I have been going to them for 8.5 years, and I have always been able to get same day appointments (when me or my kids are sick). I also love that they see adults, so my entire family can see the same providers. Another huge plus for me, is that the office is very clean, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. The only negatives I have ever experienced are a few seemingly unhappy nurses. I typically don't write reviews, but felt compelled to do so since Gruene Lake Medical currently had one star from one reviewer. In my experience, this is not an accurate reflection of the practice.
