Our family loves Dr. Banks Turner and his staff. I’ve been seeing him for almost 18 years now. My husband, father-in-law and mother-in-law see him as well and have done for even longer than I have. He always listens and has a practical approach sprinkled with humor and warmth. He better not retire before I die because I don’t know whom else I could trust with my care!

Dr Hendrix and staff are very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Have been my Primary Care for many years and I have always received excellent care, service and specialist referrals when needed.

I was seen by Dr Masters. She was very thorough in her questions, observations and suggestions. Flu shot, blood tests and ekg all done in this first visit! Friendly professional staff. I finally found my new PCP!

Dr. Erin Masters is the best PCP I’ve had so far in life- she listens, considers what I say has worked for me in the past—she educates me on any unhealthy medication /treatments I ask for or over the counter medication I take at home-she always offers a safer alternative so that I don’t continue to suffer. Considering that I’m disabled, this is very valuable to me. I can go to her for medication I need rather than paying lump sums for insurance then paying for several OTC medication as well— I feel that it’s so much safer to get all of the medication I need under her supervision. It’s a big relief to have a PCP that I trust as much as I do.

This office is extremely incompetent and I wouldn’t recommended anyone to ever come here for care. They can’t do something as simple as sending a referral to a doctor I asked for and gave the necessary documentation with all the required info, took weeks and a million phone calls for them to do it, only to find out that the referral was not for the correct type or diagnosis. Because of this I am having to deal with insurance issues and claim errors. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually cares for their patients and knows how to do their job. Their front desk staff is also rude and unprofessional, Rhonda lacks basic customer service skills. Nikki the referral coordinator has no phone etiquette, was rude and short with me and didn’t care to hear about my concerns on a mist
