Pailinn is an absolute gem! Great deep tissue work and she has a lot of cool, hard-to-find modalities in her toolbelt. I love sarga massage and find it highly effective. I’ve gotten many massages with her and she delivers every single time! Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Pai at Ground Work Therapy. After receiving brief body work at a pop up I decided to book a 90 minute session. My body feels realigned, relaxed and calmer. After feeling the difference this is going to be a permanent part of my self care routine. The pricing is honest and Pai is SUCH an easy, sweet energy to be around.

This was my first experience with deep tissue body work, and I'm sold on the experience. Pai has a calm and disarming demeanor that puts you immediately at ease. Her studio is welcoming, quiet, and cool. The actual massage feels like you’ve been put through an old washing machine ringer in the best way. I walked in very tense and knotted up and walked out of Pai’s studio feeling as if 5 years of tension had been exercised from my body. I work on my feet, behind a camera, and at a computer so I see great value in visiting her more in the future every few months. Before our session she consulted with me with a thorough questionnaire and was cognizant of past injuries that I communicated to her. I would rate 10/5 stars if I could.

I have been searching for a massage therapist that went beyond the deep tissue experience I typically have at one of our local spas. After a stressful month of work and traveling with an infant, my back and shoulders (my whole body, really) were incredibly tense.
