GRIT Physical Therapy and Performance Westhampton

I went to Grit PT while training for a marathon because I needed help to troubleshoot and address the problems that showed up from the training load, and I wanted a team focused on the goals of their athletes. I found Dr Gabbie Griffin and Dr Lisa White treated not just the problems I came in with that day but gave me a framework to prevent the next set of problems from coming up. It was because of their help that when I finished my marathon this year I felt great, had a smile on my face, and felt strong and accomplished. They not only helped me achieve my goal but enabled me to enjoy that success. I cannot recommend them enough for athletes looking to work harder and smarter.

GRIT is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend GRIT and Dr. Gabby enough. Not only did she help heal my lower back pains completely, but I became stronger than I have ever been. I worked with GRIT and Dr. Gabby during my third pregnancy, and I felt so much better and prepared to take on three young kids. Not only did my back pains go away, but they provided me with the exercises and tools to continue therapy and strength training as I enter my postpartum period. I absolutely adored working with Dr. Gabby and would recommend her practice and team to everyone.

Gabby with GRIT is the bees knees. I began seeing Gabby in the fall of 2024 for a back/hip issue. She provided multiple tools and therapy options to try and alleviate the pain and discomfort. I started seeing her colleague, Colin, while she was out on maternity leave and couldn't be happier with his work either. At the end of my treatment sessions, it was determined I unfortunately needed surgery. Both Gabby and Colin were wonderful in helping me recover. Couldn't recommend their services enough!!

GRIT’s new Westhampton location is just as good as its ESP location. I’ve seen Gabby for a routine checkup and Colin during the Noex Fundraiser. Inside Club Noex, you can expect the same levels of service as out at ESP. I highly recommend getting appointments here if you can’t make it out to their main office. Don’t wait. Go see the GRIT team if you’re feeling any sort of pain or need a tune up.

Gabby and her team are amazing! I have seen Gabby for several areas of pain and she has very much helped get me back on track. She takes the time to really listen and understand your concerns. I couldn't recommend her more!
