Let me just start by saying I have found my Dental family. Ginny, the Office Administrator/Insurance Coordinator, greeted me with such a warm welcome. Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. She explained my benefits clearly and helped me understand my coverage. She handled my insurance claims promptly and made the process stress-free. I really appreciated how transparent she was about costs. Dr. Griffis is knowledgeable and highly skilled. I felt confident in his expertise and attention to detail. The work was done carefully and thoroughly. He was gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. He took time to explain everything. The entire experience was professional and positive. I highly recommend this off

The Dentist him self is wonderful. The first visit was exceptional. My second visit. A loud talking blonde, impatient ,rude receptionist. Demanded I pay upfront. That’s how I always pay!However; I paid for a Root Canal /not an extraction. I had an extraction though, but she was gonna charge for a root canal just in case? Which was placed on a care credit card as you know has high interest. My work is seasonal, and that time work was slow as it is again. I wrote and ask for a refund. Instead of a Dental Credit, that she recommend.I thought I am not rich. I don’t pay for any services in advance. I especially pay nothing I haven’t had done. This has been a few years back. Immediately greeted when walking in! Amazing dentist. Great personality! Always feels welcoming. Told me exactly what I needed and accurate pricing. Check out was smooth and everyone seemed to be on the same page! Virginia was GREAT.

Hands down the best dentist - that's very passionate about what he does and treats everyone with compassion. He displays the highest level of expertise. Everyone in the office treats you like family! I am self pay and they are very transparent with what they charge for each service. Mrs. Ginny at the front - that handles scheduling and payment - always greets me with a smile and tells me exactly how much everything costs and how much my treatment plan is going forward. She thoroughly breaks down everything for me each time. One time I overpaid $3 and she put it on my account towards my next office visit for my cleaning. She is the epitome of kindness. I met Dr. Griffis about 3 years ago when I was referred to him by a friend. I was scared and embarrassed by the condition of my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions. And I had a lot! He calmed my anxiety and made me feel comfortable. I told him my dream was to have a perfect smile. He got to work immediately on it! Virginia made sure all my insurance questions were answered as well and she made sure everything was easy. His whole entire staff is amazing.
