Griffin Hospital

Just want to share that I have been given a very frightening health diagnosis and I needed two tests. I spoke with Molly first who gave me two separate test dates to which I must have spoken in a concerned manner. I just wanted the tests done fast. Molly must have recognized my concern because she called me back and informed me that both tests would be taken on the same day and it was the earlier date. I was so happy and felt calmer due to her dedication to patient care. I told her I wanted to hug her for putting my mind at ease. She explained that she had a lot of help getting the appointment for me and she said that help came from Sherry, Riley & Kim whom I met when I went to Quarry Walk for my tests. I recently visited Griffin Hospital for a diagnostic procedure and had a great experience in the imaging department. The representative who helped me was very friendly, professional, and supportive. They explained the process clearly and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I’m very grateful for the kindness and excellent service I received.

Griffin Hospital provided excellent care for my father. The doctors, nurses, and staff were very professional, compassionate, and attentive throughout his stay. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our family felt informed and supported. We are truly grateful for the kindness and dedication they showed during a very difficult time. I had a lovely morning here at the hospital. Charmaine was the facilitator of the most pleasant wait I’ve ever experienced. It may be hard to believe, but I had a wonderful massage by Margaret, and it was worth $1,000,000!!! I even enjoyed a decaffeinated coffee and a seat by the fire with some lovely folks! Bravo and thank you!!!!

I had surgery today at Griffin hospital today. I was so nervous and scared. The entire staff was extremely helpful. Diana in pre op was so sweet and she took great care of me. I didn’t get the name of the nurse in post op but she was very helpful and haw me great care. I appreciate them and all the nurses at griffin. Thank you for taking such great care of me and making me feel so comfortable.
