I am disappointed to have to change this rating down to a 3. My daughter had a follow up appt with the Ortho and we waited for over an hour watching patients arriving after us be seen. The practice I believe, over schedules and tries to squeeze way too many patients in a short time span. It is lack of consideration for clients time. I had to reschedule for another appt 2 weeks from now. Very disappointed. Our first visit to AAK and we had a great experience. When my daughters first started coming here, we absolutely loved this office. Appointments were on time, the staff took their time with the kids, and we never felt rushed. My children were actually excited for their visits, and we recommended this practice to many friends and families. Unfortunately, over the past year, the experience has changed significantly. We are consistently waiting over an hour past our scheduled appointment time, almost every visit. While the staff apologizes, this has become the norm rather than the exception. The office feels overbooked and overwhelmed. Appointments feel rushed, and the level of care and attention we once appreciated is no longer there. We had a wonderful experience with my son’s dental appointment. The dentist and the entire team were extremely kind, patient, and professional. They made my son feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit, explaining everything in a gentle and friendly way. The office is very clean and welcoming, and the care provided was excellent. We are very grateful for the great service and highly recommend this dental office.

I brought my 18-month-old daughter in for her very first dental visit, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. As a first-time mom, I was already feeling a little anxious about how she would do, but I expected the staff to be patient, understanding, and supportive. Instead, I felt like we were an inconvenience from the moment we sat down. We waited at the dental chair for about 20 minutes before anyone came over — which is a very long time to try to keep an 18-month-old entertained and calm, especially in an unfamiliar environment where she’s expected to just sit still.
