I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Veronica Balbuena, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Throughout the visit, she talked excessively without giving me the opportunity to express my concerns. When I tried to ask questions or explain why I came in, she often talked over me, which made me feel unheard and dismissed. Despite being a young doctor, I expected a respectful and attentive approach. However, it felt like she was more focused on asking unrelated questions and seemed distracted, even checking her watch multiple times during the appointment.
