Griffin Faculty Physicians - Primary Care at Quarry Walk

I have tried over and over again consistently to give this place a chance because it is so close to my home but I consistently am treated awful and my health put at risk. I came back in October for a tick bite where I got a bullseye and was concerned about lyme; Nicole had a tick panel done on me even though it was too soon after the bite for any possible diseases to show up on the panel and she told me I was all clear. For the last 5 months I've been getting increasingly more severe physical and neurological symptoms and have visited the office several times asking for more tests to be done and to get referrals to try to figure out what was happening to me, and have been repeatedly brushed off by the doctors and additional tests refused even when the nurses are clearly worried about the s

I was going to Shelton office for years but switched to Quarry office for convenience of travel. I don’t like the fact that their call backs are not very good. Last time I was sick they called back days later and didn’t answer my message through patient portal. Very unacceptable. Today I have called twice and still no answer call back. I only call when I’m sick. Very frustrating. I know doctor offices are busy but when a patient of the office calls, you expect a call back.

Absolute joke . Amazed this place is still running. Can't even draw blood correctly, called my phone to turn around for a redo on my child. Seriously? That's pathetic. Does this place just drive around and tell strangers to hop in saying "guess what!! you got the job"?

Would not recommend. Wait times are insane because the doctor is talking to people in the waiting room. Then you get charged a bill because it’s coded wrong and they refuse to fix it. I will never recommend griffin to anyone.Shout out to Erika at the griffin Oxford office for leaving me on hold to leave the office for the day and leave it for another nurse to pick up. Very professional

I just started going here and so far, everyone there has been exceptional, great waiting area, short wait time, beautiful office and the providers take their time to speak to you and hear you out. There is an in office blood drawing there. It shares a building with other Griffin specialities and other specialists, so you don't have to go far. The area itself is around exceptional places to shop and eat.
