The staff is always friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in my progress. Invisalign has already changed my life! I’m not even done yet, and I can already see such a huge difference! There aren't enough words to describe how great everyone in this office is. Dr Palo and his staff are truly wonderful and go above and beyond for their patients. Every step of the process is explained in detail and they take extra care to make sure you are comfortable. My daughter was a first-time patient, and from the moment we walked through the door, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. What truly blew us away was that they managed to squeeze her in last minute to get her braces on the very same day — something we never expected, but deeply appreciated! They walked is through the process with ease and offer different payment plans to chose from.
