My father was recently fit with hearing aids by Dr. Puttick. Since then it has been great to see how my father has been much more engaged with his family and social life. The entire staff at Greylock Audiology was amazing & attentive to his concerns. They couldn't have been better if he was their own father.

Dr. Puttick and his team are consummate professionals who really care about helping people hear better. My grandmother delayed getting hearing aids for far too long, but Dr. Puttick helped her to become a successful hearing aid user at the age of 95. Her hearing aids helped her re-engage with people and activities so she could more fully enjoy life again. Our family is grateful for this gift!

Amending my previous 5 star review to reflect the very poor customer support with respect to replacing a very small plastic insert for the musician's custom ear plug, which costs $100. The part itself is smaller than a pencil's eraser. Total ripoff. When you buy the custom ear plugs (current price $300) they should include at least one extra insert.

It's nice to have an audiologist that actually listens to you as a patient and works hard at figuring out a solution. You will not find a more caring doctor out there. I highly recommend Dr. Puttick and his staff.

I have been a patient of Dr. Putticks for over 10 years. His devotion to his patients and his pleasant manner made me appreciate him and his practice. He is informed on the the latest in hearing aids and works very diligently with every patient to make them comfortable and happy. He strives to assure a pleasant experience for all his patients. Dr. Puttick is very well trained in audiology. I have referred a number of friends to him for a consultation and he allows the patient to decide what is best for them. His input is most important as he has a very good understanding of hearing losses. His new office at 392 Merril Road is convenient with plenty of parking and is handicap accessible. Ann Callahan
