I've been under Tatiana's care for over six months, and I can't express how fortunate I am to have her as my pharmacist. During a time when I was struggling with managing my medications and experiencing panic attacks, Tatiana not only ensured my prescriptions were in order but also took the time to teach me practical techniques to ease my anxiety and confidently fill my pill dispenser. Her kindness and calming presence make every visit a reassuring experience. I now feel empowered me to find additional medical services I desperately needed. Tatiana is a true gem in our community, providing not only exceptional pharmaceutical services but also genuine care and support.

I would give 10 stars to Tatiana and her entire staff if I could . I’ve been using this pharmacy for about 6 months now for myself and my family and the service has never been anything but exceptional. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Tatiana is smart / friendly / kind / compassionate/ knowledgeable. She authentically goes out of her way to ensure you know exactly what , why and how to use your medications . She is also very personable, emotionally supportive , engaging and fun to speak to . Coming from a family who values small business ownership , I admire Tatiana’s savvy entrepreneurship and courage in turning a business that has been made impersonal and competitive into a personal and family oriented one. This is the best pharmacy I have ever been in. Tatiana, the owner made sure she introduced herself to me and that she remembered my name and I was just picking up for a friend. It is very personal care at Pittsfield Pharmacy. The prices of the store items are also good. What an asset to Pittsfield.

I believe Siobhan Fusini says it best. I have been going to PP for about 6 months. And I have had nothing but good experiences. Tatiana is not your average pharmacist. She takes the time to speak with her customers. Whether it's about your prescriptions or just to ask how you are. She actually called me the day before Thanksgiving to make sure I had enough of all my medications before the store closed for the holiday. I couldn't believe it. What pharmacist do you know that would do that??? Especially that they need to deliver it. Her husband is always very pleasant when he delivers my medicine. Also, the woman (im sorry, im terrible with names) who works in the store is as nice, kind, and helpful as Tatiana. It's always a pleasure when I have to call. Tatiana and Pittsfield pharmacy, welc
