I have lived here 3 years or more. The care has been excellent by the CNAs. They do the bulk of the work. Nursing is excellent getting the meds out on time. They have let their ability to help CNA work slide so they are not as good. However they are excellent at helping patients wounds to heal. The nursing staff who work on ventilator side are really good. The RTs are excellent at being respiratory therapists. They have a very hard job. But they do it well. I have a hard time with change when an RT leaves or gets fired for not doing their job right. They have very high standards. I think that the nursing and CNA should have to meet higher standards across the entire country. Our people are really good at taking care of me at least. My care im happy with. The only complaint I have is with s

My mother was there last year after lung cancer surgery for rehab. While there, she ended up in the ER twice… first time because 4.5 liters of urine in bladder - even though bladder scanner onsite - and second was because the blood draws were using too small of a needle which damaged the cells and made it appear as if she needed a blood transfusion. Facility manager was angry (didn’t yell) when I brought mom’s dog for a visit during a state inspection. He was rude and made me leave via the closest door so the inspectors wouldn’t see the dog. I had asked if okay prior to the visit but was not told I needed to bring vaccination records. AND… he never asked if I had vaccination records with me. Two people fell and broke their hips, a wrong person received an insulin shot and my mother wa

this place deserves a 0 star rating. my Dad was admitted here after having a horrible diabetic episode. all within the first day of him being there they fed him without checking his blood sugar and it spiked to the point where he was incoherent, AGAIN. and he was left alone for hours. i included a picture of the sugary foods they gave him. the staff didnt care when i questioned them about it, and got defensive as if they didnt know exactly what my dad was in for. they left his medical records out for everyone to see, which included his social security number, etc. and they overdosed him on insulin to the point where his bloodsugar was 32 after he REFUSED IT, knowing what would happen. i have video proof of a nurse attempting to give my dad insulin, after the overdose and after we informed

My uncle is currently here, he got in a horrible motorcycle accident and needs a lot of assistance. He is immobile right now due to a spinal cord injury, and cannot lift his hands or feet. He has already coded once in this building due to the incompetence of the cnas and nurses. He’s being WAYYYYY over medicated and is even refusing the meds and they are still forcing him to take them. I am a CNA as well. And I can not phantom the thought of my residents being treated the way my uncle is! Get your loved ones out now! It could save their life.

Excellent Resident Care provided by all staff while I experienced recovery here. The staff are extremely friendly and always there to help when I needed it. The meals provided were very excellent. The physical therapy gym has a lot exercise equipment that I was able to use. The therapy team was very prompt addressing my physical needs. The daily activities offered included a wide variety of choices that were better than I ever experienced at any other facility. The social services department, care manager, and receptionist were very good at managing all my transportation, medical supplies, and appointment needs. Housekeeping always made sure my room was well kept. The CNAs were always prompt to help me go to all my appointments and went above and beyond to help me for my daily needs. Becau
