Gregory Smith

(A year later update) *I would give 6 stars if possible. Dr. Smith is an incredible, caring and extremely intelligent Doctor and Personal in general (obviously) Dr. Smith, is also a truly caring friend who listens and makes it okay to speak openly and trust him. That makes a difference more than I can translate with words alone. I could go on.. My point is, he is an awesome DR! I would highly, highly, recommend. Thank you Dr. Smith

Doctor Smith is a nice enough guy. A couple of years ago, I stopped going because I could only get blood pressure and cholesterol meds for a month and every monthly appt I would wait a minimum of an hour. I assume the reason they won't give you a three month supply is to drive up the visit revenue. Today I had an appt at 9:15 and at 9:30, decided to call them since the front door was still locked and they told me that had to reschedule. No prior notice. No nothing. If you have nothing to do other than wait around, this is the perfect place.

Clinic is understaffed, dirty, and has broken equipment. When I went in for a physical, the exam table could not be adjusted and the blood pressure cuff was broken and wouldn't read. They're also trying to bill me twice for lab work that was already billed by Quest. I notified my insurance and their billing department of the problem over a month ago, and their response was to apparently re-submit the claim adding services that were never even performed. They submitted a claim to my insurance for an x-ray. I've never had an x-ray here. And they're still billing me for the lab work that they didn't even do. Completely unprofessional and might even be attempted fraud. Stay away from this place at all costs.

This guy will find ways to get you to his office and bill you for visits that you do not need. The receptionist is rude and is in cahoots with the over-billing scams. He wont electronically send scripts or allow you to look up lab results, then when you come in to get the written script or lab results he charges you for another visit. Stay away.

Dr. Smith is wonderful, he's compassionate and thorough. He has a great bedside manner even when he has bad news. His staff is actually superb!!!! Love this office
