I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and results from my Physical Therapy with Dr. Greg Frye and Premier Performance. I had a complete shoulder reconstruction (torn ligaments, labrum, bicep tendons, etc.) after a FlowRiding accident in May/2022 and am now back to being able to do everything I was doing previously (same # of push-ups, chin-ups, pull-ups, etc.), and most importantly, back to being able to function at the same level athletically. Previous to the shoulder injury, I fractured my fibula and had to have ankle surgery for torn ligaments with a high ankle sprain (tight rope surgery).
