I had a defective pair of Ray bans that cost me a pretty penny, I continue to get the run around and we're going into two months now and I'm still without my glasses. Glasses are not a fashion statement for me their a nessecity when you can't see. The customer service their has declined dramatically since Maryanne departure.My business of over 20 years will have to relocate to a professional that cares for his patients.

I took a PINKpair of reading glasses in to be fixed. They returned. Dark paid & insisted they never had a pink pair. Staff is very Rude!! I would not recommend them to anyone Terrible servic.

Dr. Pickett is a fantastic optometrist. Have seen him for years and he always takes time to make sure we understand what is going on and what our options are.

Awesome Doctor and lots of fun. Highly recommend him. I take my entire family to see him.
