My daughter had braces for years with another orthodontist in town and after a few mix ups with her retainer and some other issues her teeth started to shift rapidly. Dr Christensen was able to use Invisalign to adjust her teeth back to a beautiful position. We couldn’t be happier with all aspects of the staff and the office atmosphere. I strongly advise against using this office due to their lack of professionalism and inaccurate communication. They provided misleading information regarding my daughter’s treatment, initially recommending a palate expander followed by braces. However, I later received a call from my dentist informing me that Greenwich Braces had contacted them, stating that my daughter required a tooth extraction—something that was never communicated to me and was not included in my contract with them. When I addressed this issue, they claimed that my dentist had informed me, which was not the case. If the Dentist did mention this information, they would have included this in her dental plan.
