The pharmacist was very nasty and condescending. I sent a prescription to this pharmacy at the request of my patient. As a medical provider in the field he called my practice and requested a change in the patient's prescription due to medication availability. He hung up on me when trying to verify his request . He then called and refused to fill the prescription for the patient because they live the Bronx and was visiting family in his area. I am appalled that in this day and time people are discriminatory as he is. I will advise not to use his services. Absolutely Horrible

Switching to Greenport Drugs from the other local pharmacy was one of the best decisions I ever made. They are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I went right after I got out of the emergency room and the pharmacist immediately got my prescriptions together so I could be on my way.

I called yesterday and spoke at length with a very friendly, very helpful gentleman. He was kind, professional and patient but the staff answering today was the complete opposite. Unfortunately the information he provided me was incorrect so when I called now about picking up the prescription, today's staff was less than helpful. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience that was caused by their employee, I was rushed off the phone and spoken to like I was a first grader while he was playfully conversating with his female coworker in the background (giggles and all). They harshly told me that they would not fill it and while i was inquiring further he said goodbye and hung up while I was speaking. Dealing with Lester and Sunny has been the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and wonderful experience. Lester is always willing to go beyond your medicine needs. It has been a pleasure knowing them. If you are looking for a pharmacy this is where you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and always goes the extra mile to help out.
