Went for glucose test strips. They were out of stock of every size, can only buy a new machine that comes with strips. Asked the tech (who tried to help) and he asked the manager, who said they don’t have them and the only place is CVS in Mattituck 20 minutes away. They wouldn’t say that there is another pharmacy in Southold 2 minutes away. They don’t want to send us to their competitors, but they also fail to properly stock necessary items people need for health. Poor experience all around, and I just recommended one of my clients to use Southold Pharmacy rather than this place which put the business over a customer’s health.

Love our local pharmacy! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They carry a little bit of everything — from medicine to the perfect gift. One of the few places in town to grab essentials from and it’s locally owned! Fast service and never a long wait, the recent renovation looks fabulous. There is a new pharmacist, they were quick to help answer my questions regarding a medication for my son. Only pharmacy we will ever use!

This place is great for all those little necessities you don't want to have to drive to Riverhead for. All the typical pharmacy items, cards and gift packaging, toys and games, holiday decor, you name it. Convenient and priced right. Five stars.

***** After posting this review they called and tried to have me take it down because it makes them look bad. MY MOTHER WENT THROUGH 2 MORE WEEKS OF ISSUES BECAUSE OF THE DELAY!!!! They can go shuck themselves. My mother just got released on Thanksgiving afternoon after being hospitalized for 4 days for severe pneumonia. ELIH didn't ask where to send scripts for her antibiotics just sent them to Greenport, being Thanksgiving 2pm they werent open. She called Friday morning at 9:05 to verify scripts and all were available. Was told 1hr, ok so I waited an hour and a half, took the ferry to Greenport, went in to grab scripts and low and behold they weren't done(2+hrs). Was told it'd be an hour or so, explained she called and they should've been ready, I didn't want to wait an hour or so in Gr
