Lovely staff, very welcoming. Very eager to assist my needs. Dr. Roman Kogen was very knowledgeable and gentle he helped me with my painful teeth. I would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. I found my new dentist. Their hours are great for when you come out of work. Their availability is good too. If your hesitant I recommend you give them a try, I think you will want to be careful heir patient. Looking forward to my next appointment on the road to better teeth health.

I had a great experience with Dr. Roman Kogen. He recently placed a dental implant for me, and everything went very smoothly. The crown will be placed later, once it’s the right time, and the whole process has been clearly explained step by step. He also treated four cavities very carefully and professionally. What really stood out to me is how kind, patient, and understanding he is. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel calm and comfortable, which is very important when you’re nervous about dental work. I truly appreciate his approach and professionalism and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist. (Which is a huge problem to find in NYC)

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your office. Within a three-month period, I have had the same dental bonding procedure performed three separate times, as it continued to crack after each attempt. At my most recent visit on January 21, 2026, I clearly explained that I was unhappy with the work that had been done and provided photos documenting the recurring issue. Rather than addressing my concerns or offering an alternative solution, I felt dismissed by Dr. Roman, who informed me that the same dentist who had already attempted (and failed) to correct the issue twice would be responsible for fixing it again. Because my insurance would not cover the bonding for a third time, I was required to pay $360 out of pocket. During this third visit, I

Had a really great experience at this office! As it was being my first in this office, Dr. Kogen was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during the exam and my fillings. He explained everything as he went, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The hygienist was also great, she was very gentle, thorough and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Overall, the whole office is friendly, organized, and makes you feel taken care of. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a good and reliable dentist in Greenpoint!

After numerous failed attempts at different dental practices, I was recommended to visit Greenpoint Dental - and boy am I thankful I did. Dr. Roman Kogen made my fear of the dentist vanish! Not only was he extremely informative, but the time and patience he took with me was beyond expectations. Arthur was also a great help! My root canal was painless!! Through each and every step, Dr Kogen filled me in and made sure I was okay. Even the staff at the front desk is exceptional and kind. I 100% recommend Greenpoint Dental to everyone.
